The IndividualiTree does not directly employ Support Workers. Depending on what participants are looking for, we can mentor their new workers, and assist their workers with training and establishing guidelines for the work. We also hold a list of businesses, including support workers, who work with NDIS clients. This list is soon to be published on our website, however providers will need to meet requirements, such as those in the NDIS Code of Conduct in order to be promoted on our site.
