We are fully insured for both Public Liability and Professional Indemnity. Any workers that we source for you will also be Public Liability insured, will have a first aid certificate and a 3rd party insured car if required. Workers who work directly with participants will also be expected to hold a current first aid certificate. From time to time other requirements will be necessary depending on the participants needs. This can include be minimum qualifications as set by either the participant or the NDIS.
All workers with The Individualitree, including the director and office staff, hold a police clearance and working with children check if working with children. We take the risk of harm to participants very seriously and ensure that workers are regularly updated with current information.
