Exercise Physiologists

In Australia, an Accredited Exercise Physiologist is a degree qualified Allied Health professional. They need a university degree and specialise in designing, delivering and evaluating exercise activities for people in a range of situations, including those with disability.

Some Exercise Physiologists are registered with the NDIS, some are not. We have verified with every listing on our site that AEP hold the above qualification.

The Australian registering body for Exercise Physiologists is Exercise and Sports Science Australia. If an EAP is a member of either association it is shown on their individual listing. If a provider only has a free listing on our site, you will not be able to see this information.

An Exercise Physiologist is usually paid using your CB Health and Wellbeing budget. If you don’t have this budget it may also be possible to pay them from CB Daily Living if you believe such a service is reasonable and necessary for you to reach your goals.
